ok, will merge. 

for the Support Request tracker i reconsidered. it's no harm to have it. some 
people do not like to subscribe to mailing lists for a little issue. currently 
entries would be forwarded to the developer list. could we change the settings 
of the user list to accept those entries?
could whoever is maintaining the user mailing list please give me the rights to 
set this up?
