Hi, I also noticed that a few days ago.
I suppose (but I'm not sure) that it is intentional to avoid problems with some export formats which may not support line breaks. It is probably fine with jml, but I'm not sure about shapefile, and I'm quite sure our csv driver would not support it. Anyway, if some formats does not support line breaks, the problem should probably handled by their driver not in the copy/paste plugin ;-) Michaël Le 17/12/2016 à 17:08, [email protected] a écrit : > hey All, > > is there a specific reason why i cannot copy/paste line breaks into a string > attribute? > > ..ede > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most > engaging tech sites, SlashDot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot > _______________________________________________ > Jump-pilot-devel mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jump-pilot-devel > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, SlashDot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ Jump-pilot-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jump-pilot-devel
