Hi Jukka,
You are right. Kosmo allows to modify only one layer per time and layers
cannot have multiple geometries
The most part of the porting was done exactly to make those Kosmo tools
compatible with OpenJUMP flexibility.
Yes, user should explode the result linestring to remove another section. I
will study a solution on next days
