No Larry, if I have a DXF with 2 layer: one wich is
the names of towns and the other which are simply
quotes of the field, Both display text. When I export
to SHP (using either OJ or Orbiscad) I will have a
point shape with the datas which have, between the
other attributes, a Layer attribute (belonging to the
original DXF layers) and a yexy attribute (which has
the original text).
But if I want to set e.g the name of towns with an
arial font, 12 and the quote fonts with a New Romans
font, 10 ..... I can't do with OJ since it hasn't a
label theming

OJ export to png and jpg, probabily it will be easier
to have their georerefenced text files, jpw and pgw
