hi, RS-BIP8 is the Regenerator Section B1 Byte to provide end-to-end performance monitoring on a single regenerator section.
MS-BIP24 is the Multiplex Section B2 Bytes to provide error monitoring on the multiplex section. MS-FEBE is the Multiplex Section Far End Block Error (aka Remote Error Indication - REI) which is returned in response to receiving MS-BIP.
