For what it's worth, I've been running some interim 9.3R3 builds for a while now and it's resolved all of the issues we had. I configured a VC with 9.3R3 the other day, and unlike 9.3R2, boots in our config! At least it's off to a better start :). I'd also love to know what the aforementioned routing failures are, since I'm about to start turning up a bunch of larger L3 VCs on 9.3...
