Correct .. the PFE has a capability of a bit more than 11G .. hence the 1G tunnel can be configured without performance being affected. Theoretically you could have 1G tunnel on the 10G port too without disabling the 10G port ... however you'd need to talk to a Juniper sales rep for this to be turned into a feature.
