Sure there is. 10.2 went EOE yesterday and goes EOL in August, so if there are any problems with it I won't be able to get fixes. I need to upgrade anyway, so I'd rather choose the next E-EOL release which is 10.4 so I won't have to do a major version upgrade again until 2014 at the earliest.
