You can use "BFD for Static Routes":
set routing-options static route 192.168.47.0/24 bfd-liveness-detection
minimum-interval 1000
If you however what to do some fancy stuff you need to be using rpm probes and
event-options
(however I think RPM probes can only use ICMP)
