The same is true of going from the MX104-MX5 bundle to the MX104-40G bundle - 
the MX104-40G-AC-BNDL is slightly cheaper than the MX104-MX5-40G-UPG license to 
upgrade an existing chassis!

Juniper couldn't see a problem with this when I raised it with them...
