The license is GPL+ce.  It most certainly gives you the right to 
redistribute binary, as long as you provide equal access to the source. 
  Assuming no local changes, if you provide a link to download binaries, 
similar links to where you got the sources should be sufficient 
(although IANAL).

If you've used your employer's resources though, you may be restricted 
from distributing the binary, depending on their terms.
