Did you notice you have two different values for
"imap_idle_notify_interval"?
If you type:
doveconf imap_idle_notify_interval
Does it return 2 min or 29 minutes? I suspect it's going to be the
former. While this is wholly off topic for a discussion on K-9 (belongs
in a dovecot discussion forum), here's what I changed:
from:
protocol imap {
imap_idle_notify_interval = 29 mins
...
}
to:
imap_idle_notify_interval = 29 mins
protocol imap {
...
}
Then the result of 'doveconf imap_idle_notify_interval' becomes:
moon-unit:~> doveconf imap_idle_notify_interval
imap_idle_notify_interval = 29 mins
