Hi, thanks for adding on to this. I am not talking about the spinning progress indicator. I get actual messages pointing out that folders are being updated (starting from Draft, etc.). I thought this issue had gone away after I pinned K9 in the MIUI task manager (swiping downwards adds a lock icon there), but now I just noticed it again when I double-checked. It has definitely become less though.
Seth: I'm not sure I understand you correctly. After opening K9, I should expect it to synchronize with the server? I thought it did that with the specified period, no?
