THANK YOU so much, your 4 steps below absolutely worked.  I tried the 
"DisplayUnlockCaptcha" while logged in, did not work.  Followed your steps, 
and it worked.

In general, and on a side note, I am not a big fan of Apple products, but 
when my kids devices have had issues, Apple support has been great.  Where 
is Google support like this???  If it wasn't for the luck of finding Josh's 
post, I would have been helpless.
