29 oct 2001 VPN Status report ----------------------------- We restructured the source tree so that EF project be one level lower - like other projects. We found out that no compression is provided by CBlowFish or CEncrypt. The project is compiled all right but we get a error message running the program. There is an unhanded exception: ef.exe 0xC0000005 Access violation. It is thrown by a call to Create(VPN_PORT) in CVPNSocket::CreateListener() file VPNSocket.cpp. I suspect some additional arguments are needed for the call instead of default values currently used. We have tried the debug version only. Maybe release version will not generate the error (though I doubt). Oleg.
