Hello! Sorry for the late reply: your message got stuck
in the "approval queue" for kaboodle-user (which you're not
subscribed to), and that queue is a bit overwhelemed with virus
emails these days.
I expect to have KaboodleProxy available for Windows
late this year. There are some features I want to add to it
first, and it's easiest to get it all running on a really solid
server-OS platform (like Linux) before tackling the porting issue.
In the meanwhile, if you'd like me to setup a permanent
kaboodleproxy server available for your needs, please let me know!
