I've made the pure java java.math implementation from GNU Classpath the
default now. I'll remove the GNU MP implementation in Kaffe in a week,
unless something odd happens.

It breaks static VM builds atm, so I'll turn it off for the default
build.
Done. The --with-staticvm and --with-staticlib builds pass all tests on
x86-linux-kaffegc-jit3 again. Yay.
