Its a pretty simple template ive ran it by had a dozen times. Silly me did not have the log turned on for scheduled task. I had it set to start on the 5th and recurring daily at 00:00:01 actually. Operation was set to HTTPRequest on port 80 with the URL pointing to the template. The other fields were not required.   I> ran into that issue as well.
