Answer
these questions:
1) Did
you sign some sort of intellectual property agreement with your
company?
2) Are
you going to be using this program to compete against your company for business
or to give your company's competitors an advantage?
3) Did
other programmers contribute to the writing of the program?
4) Are
you keeping this a secret from your boss?
If the
answer to all of these questions is NO, then I would not think it is unethical
to use the program for your own commercial use...but that's just
me.
