I would like to see someone go through Advanced Security and other CF server administration function (Tip's and Tricks) for CF5 and CFMX. In particular a step by step setup of Sandbox's.

We were shown examples of searching the historical police reports, the agenda builder for city & committee meetings, corporate challenge registration/administration, a nifty way to make a printable 4 column phone book directory, and a number other features. For Randy's hard work he received a Macromedia t-shirt! Audience participation ranged from using style sheets, page breaks, connecting to miscellaneous databases, image manipulation and adding text over images, PDF generation via CF, etc. Total we had 13 people come & participate! Congratulations to Eric Lehti for winning the raffle for CFMX 6.1. I would like to thank those of you who have helped by donating/buying raffle tickets the last 3 months. We grossed close to $50 which will be used in future months to promote the group, gain members, and pay for the occasional costs of doing business (typically pizza/coke, etc.). An informal poll was taken on what topics interested people. RIAs/flash remoting had 9 people (I might have someone who can speak on this) Java integration with CF - 5 - Bryan Laplante ActionScript 2 (for Flash 2004) - 4 Mach-II - 2 - Ben Edwards Thank you everyone for coming!
