Most of those errors look to be due to files in the "Samsung2" directory. You can try renaming the Dolphin config file to see if that eliminates some of those, if you want to 1. Close Dolphin 2. Rename the file /home/youruser/.config/dolphinrc to something like dolphinrc.bak 3. Rename /home/youruser/.config/baloofilerc to something like baloofilerc.bak 4. Rename /home/youruser/.config/baloofileinformationrc to something like baloofileinformationrc.bak 5. Log out and log back in (or restart) I'll close this out for now since search is working.
