SUMMARY
After restarting plasmashell (e.g. "kquitapp6 plasmashell && kstart
plasmashell"), icons are often reshuffled and appear in random order. Clicking
on any icon to open an app will make them go back to their intended position.
Sometimes this means that all the icons go back to the correct order, other
times I have to open 2 or 3 applications before everything is sorted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restart plasmashell
OBSERVED RESULT
Icons in icons-only task manager are reshuffled.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons keep their intended position.
