You too!? Apparently I'm not crazy! I've been seeing this for over a year now.
David Edmundson sat down with me at the Plasma sprint for some debugging but
couldn't quickly figure it out before we ran out of time.
For me, clicking on an empty area of the panel is often enough to make them
snap to their correct positions. Sometimes I have to focus an
already-running-but-not-active app, too.
