SUMMARY
"Unblock" popup does not appear until LMB is released.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Watch some YouTube clips.
1. Click on power management widget is system tray. The widget says that web
browser is blocking sleep, has buttons "Unblock" and "Manually Block".
2. Click and hold "Unblock".
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, the popup menu doesn't appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
The popup menu should appear immediately, like the "Split View" toolbar menu
button in Konsole.
