Advanced Radio Player Widget presents an error: "Error: Your GTreamer
installation is missing a plug-in." and no radio is played.
Gstreamer was installed with the command given on the page that is linked from
the ARP homepage

`apt` has many more plugins, but I hesitate to blindly install them all. Which
one(s) is/are missing?
It would be good to have the plugin requirements listed in the Readme (external
pages may change without notice).
