In this case, you can ignore the message that Invent displays - that applies only to official KDE software that does bug tracking on bugs.kde.org (and typically reserves Invent Issues for developer coordination). Advanced Radio Player is a third-party widget that is hosted on Invent, and these projects may use whatever way of reporting issues the developer prefers, but unless they have a category on bugs.kde.org, not here.
