SUMMARY
KDE Plasma 6.6 added a new saturation slider in the blur settings, but the
saturation slider only affects the right click menu blur and the applications
blur but not all the blur, like the panels blur and the widgets blur and the
logout screen blur for example.
I'll add some attachment to show the issue
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. change the saturation slider in the blur settings
OBSERVED RESULT
only the right click menu blur and applications blur gets changed
EXPECTED RESULT
all blur gets changed
