SUMMARY
As the title says, when I minimize and raise and maximise windows I can see a
line of pixels between the application and the titlebar, because the titlebar
isn't updates as fast as the app's animation
I'll attach videos and screenshots of the issue
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. minimize, maximize or raise an application with the KDE titlebar
OBSERVED RESULT
there is a line of pixel between the application and the titlebar
EXPECTED RESULT
there isn't a line of pixel between the application and the titlebar
