This is a demonstration of the problem, Showing how to trigger it.
SUMMARY
Wallpaper section of plasma settings activates the window for unsaved changes
even though I did NOT make any changes. WATCH THE VIDEO FOR CLARIFICATION.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings on KDE Plasma.
2. Scroll and click the Background Picture section, and don't make any changes,
just click it.
3. Go to any other section of the app, the Background Picture section will
prompt you for unchanged saves.
OBSERVED RESULT
The background picture section prompts this window even without making any
changes (See the video for clarification).
EXPECTED RESULT
It should not do this, If you don't make any changes, Expected result should be
changing from one section to other instantly without that prompt
