SUMMARY
Accessing a network share in the file picker dialog doesn't prompt for
authentication
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a network share, and go to it from the file picker dialog (while not
being authenticated), and it should just infinitely load and never prompt for a
password or anything
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
File picker does not prompt for authentication
EXPECTED RESULT
File picker should prompt for authentication to be able to access network share
