Steps to reproduce:
1: With the Orca screen reader enabled, press tab to navigate between the
selection boxes.
Current result: I can navigate a tree that lists connected, disconnected, and
all devices.
Pressing the arrow keys does not allow me to expand the devices.
Pressing tab does not allow me to navigate between the selection boxes that
define the mounting of a device.
Expected result: The page should be accessible via keyboard, allowing you to
select the desired device and navigate between the selection boxes and buttons.
