Bug ID: 520016
Summary: Spectacle overloads more than 10 CPU threads when webm
is used for video recording, mp4 is OK
Classification: Applications
Product: Spectacle
Version First 6.6.4
Reported In:
Platform: Neon
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: General

Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
I think that it worked before, but now I have noticed 100% CPU usage when
recording a video (no matter if selection or a full screen) using webm format
(in spectacle 6.6.4 settings).
CPU is relatively powerful and low utilized and /usr/bin/spectacle --dbus
processed (tens of these) wasted more than 10 CPU threads).
mp4 format recording is fine, no problem. Maybe recent "apt full-upgrade" is
involved, I have not reboot yet.
Here is strace, and terminal output etc.:

distribution code name N***)
