displays and layout

DESCRIPTION

I run a three-display setup (see attachment) with 2560x1440 resolution each-
I recently "upgraded" from a Nvidia 1060 GTX 6GB to an Intel Arc 380 6GB card
since support for the Nvidia card is running out. Although the card generally
works, I observe little stutters and general input lag, as well as choppy
animations when resizing or minimizing/restoring windows.

Every time lag happens, journalctl logs "kwin_wayland_drm: atomic commit
failed: Cannot allocate memory".

I do not observe this behavior when I swap back to the Nvidia card on the same
computer.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
* Attach 3 displays to an Intel ARC A380 card
* Move mouse between windows, shuffle windows around

OBSERVED RESULT
* Input and animation lag
* Log show the following message every time the stutter happens:
---
May 16 17:01:24 kwin_wayland_wrapper[2832]: kwin_wayland_drm: atomic commit
failed: Cannot allocate memory
---

EXPECTED RESULT
* No input lag or stutter
