I've attached a screenshot of mine and where the option is for me. It only shows up when "Snap to Assistants" it toggled on and you may have to scroll down for it. And I know the ticket says you're using version 5.3.1, but can you double-check that that's actually the correct version and not some earlier one like 5.1.3?
