The title says it all.
It works on 25.12.3 build. I didn't test on 26.04 variants because they don't
launch on my system.
- How to reproduce: Add a clip to the timeline, add a Rectangular Alpha Mask
effect, and add keyframes with changes.
- Result: The values don't change as you scroll across the keyframes.
