DESCRIPTION
Please add/fix session restore feature under Wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE & OBSERVED RESULT
1. Using X11 the opened dolphin windows are restored, including opened tabs,
expanded/collapsed folders, split panels and selections in all the locations.
2. Switching to Wayland restores the session the first time is opened as for
X11.
3. Next Plasma sessions only a window is created and the previous location is
lost even for one window with one location, if there are many windows with
split panels, locations, selections etc. are lost.
EXPECTED RESULT
For a complete migration from X11 to Wayland it is expected to restore the
entire dolphin session, including all the opened windows, their split panels in
the previous locations, with the expanded/collapsed folders at least in the
current directory, ideally as were left at logout and with the previous
selections.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There are many applications impacted by the migration to Wayland and missing
session restore, but ~ at least for me ~ Dolphin is the most important to
support the complete session restore. Again ~ for me ~ this is a major
migration stopper.
