If you look closely between the panel widget, and the bluetooth sub-panel,
there is a small margin that may cause the mouse to accidently focus a window
under the bluetooth panel.
When using the "Focus Follows Mouse (mouse precedence)" Window activation
policy i have issues with sub panels, say i open the blue tooth panel, there is
a small amount of margin between the actual panel and the Bluetooth panel as
seen in the included attachment, when using this window activation policy, if
there is a window under the panel and Bluetooth panel then the mouse may focus
said window and close the Bluetooth panel making it rather annoying to try to
use it.
