I can confirm there is very small gap that allows interacting with items below.
The floating applet should still take over the gap completely, not allowing to
click through it.

Repro steps:

1. set top panel, always visible
2. set floating to applets only
3. set system tray or any popup item to right side of the panel
4. Maximize a window
5. click on the tray
6. hover mouse over the area where the minimize/maximize/close buttons are

At certain points they get highlighted through 1px gap
