There've been various changes in Network Manager for 6.7, but I don't see anything that looks directly related: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-nm/-/merge_requests?sort=created_date&state=merged The one change I am aware of that would clearly affect how passwords are read, is the migration to QtKeychain in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-nm/-/merge_requests/551 . But that one's targeted for 6.8.
