Confirmed on Fedora 44 after upgrading to KDE 6.7 on my Framework 13.

KWallet is in a working state, the passphrase for the Wi-Fi is still there.
`journalctl` logs suggest NetworkManager can't find an agent to retrieve the
passphrase from. Deleting and re-connecting with the network does not save the
supplied passphrase to KWallet anymore.

Additionally, I could not observe the same behavior on my Arch Linux install on
my desktop machine. After re-enabling Wi-Fi in firmware, it established
connection with the passphrase present in KWallet, as expected.
