DESCRIPTION
Updating to 6.7 changes the Virtual Keyboard from IBUS Wayland to Plasme
Keyboard. Plasma Keyboard has no support for dead keys
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update KDE Plasma to 6.7
OBSERVED RESULT
Dead keys including ctrl+shift+u for Unicode composition no longer works
EXPECTED RESULT
Update keeping its fingers from Virtual Keyboard
