Using the normal Arch package, not flatpak. The crackling honestly seems to be random, I'm not sure if I have a single audio file where it happens 100% of the time. The crackling also happens on all my audio devices: USB headphones, Bluetooth headphones, and my speakers through DisplayPort audio. So the specific audio device doesn't seem to matter.
