DESCRIPTION
In a workplace setting with LDAP or AD, the user ID can be in the millions
range. Mine is slightly below half a billion.
However, the login screen config (with Plasma login manager, not SDDM) allows
it to spin only until 60513.
EXPECTED RESULT
It doesn't have an upper bound.
