DESCRIPTION
A duplicate lock screen interface appears on both monitors. The interface
overlaps and flickers constantly until the mouse is clicked. Occurs at boot,
when the computer is displaying to multiple monitors at once.
The monitors not in replica mode and have been configured to not overlap in the
display arrangement settings.

Comments suggest that the lock screen may not be respecting the display
arrangement as set in display configuration settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect multiple monitors to computer - DisplayPort from RX 9070 XT GPU
2. Configure display settings to disable replica mode
3. Reboot computer and wait for interface to load
OBSERVED RESULT
Overlapping & flickering lock screen interface appears on both screens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Single lock screen interface should appear on each screen, or one interface
should appear on the primary screen only.
