DESCRIPTION
The expand button position is correct for RTL, but the expand button itself
needs to be reversed, see attached image of how it should look like.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change system to Arabic
2. open System settings/ إعدادات النّظام
3. look at theme in Quick settings
OBSERVED RESULT
the expand button itself not reversed
EXPECTED RESULT
the expand button itself is reversed like image attached
