DESCRIPTION
This is a bug about kwin wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some application (e.g. Kontact, emacs) and send them to another virtual
desktop than the current.
2. Forget about them for a few hours
3. Switch to that virtual desktop to make these windows show
OBSERVED RESULT
Hangs for a few seconds before I can move the cursor
EXPECTED RESULT
Does not hang
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Gentoo Linux 2.18
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
