            Bug ID: 522770
Summary: Face tag not read from .xmp for jxl files
    Classification: Applications
           Product: digikam
      Version First 9.1.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: openSUSE
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Faces-Engine
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
The face region of jxl files are not read from the corresponding xml file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a face tag/region to a jxl image.
2. Close Digikam.
3. Move the folder with the jxl image somewhere outside of the collection
Digikam knows about (or simply hide with a dot).
4. Open and close Digikam.
5. Move the folder with the jxl image back to it's former place (or unhide).
6. Open Digikam and go to your image.

OBSERVED RESULT
The face tag/region seems to be gone.
Opening the xmp file does show the face region though.

EXPECTED RESULT
I only write and read from sidecar files (xmp). Digikam re-reads the xmp file
and re-adds the face tag/region.
