Kstars cannot change langage in Mac OS Tahoe
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Help menu in configure langage I choose French
2. I've restart Kstars 3.8.3 several time
3. it stay in English
OBSERVED RESULT
Impossible to change langage since Kstars 3.7.x
EXPECTED RESULT
Please ad functional langages
