DESCRIPTION
Unable to apply settings changes under "touchpad - system settings". Radio
boxes can be toggled, but the "Apply" button remains uninteractive.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "System Settings"
2. Select "Mouse & Touchpad" under Input & Output.
3. Select "Touchpad" and adjust any setting. Sensitivity, acceleration, any
settings that can be toggled. After toggling, the Apply button remains
uninteractive.
OBSERVED RESULT
Apply button remains uninteractive, settings cannot be adjusted.
EXPECTED RESULT
Settings should be able to be altered and adjusted.

terminal window):
