The maintainers will need to weigh in on this. While steps 1 and 2 are available through the battery widget, the overall use case and feature request is valid. Middle click the battery widget to block auto sleep and lock (also available through left click) I ran into a situation that would have greatly benefitted from a "meeting mode" with my Dell XPS laptop, which is a few years old, and has horrible battery life. At Akademy, I realized I could only get about 90 minutes of use on battery, even with the brightness turned down. I was also using it to take notes during presentations 90% of the time I was there. Implementing this would align with the KDE Eco goal, since it would reduce energy use as well as allow people to extend the use of older laptops.
